From glass tubing to export cartons.
Every Biuidea tea set passes through controlled material, forming, inspection and packaging stages before it leaves the workshop.
Six stages behind every tea set.
High-borosilicate glass is mouth-blown from tubing rather than machine-pressed, which is why our pots can be made double-walled, feather-light and safe for direct boiling water. The same workshop handles assembly with stainless, titanium and wooden components — and the custom packaging that turns the set into a finished gift.
Raw Material Control
High-borosilicate glass tubing, food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, pure titanium, walnut wood and case materials are checked on arrival.
Cutting & Mouth Blowing
Tubing is cut to length and mouth-blown over flame into pots, fairness pitchers, cups, canisters and double-wall pieces.
Forming & Assembly
Spouts, handles, filter baskets and one-touch valves are formed and fitted; glass, steel and wooden parts are assembled into sets.
Annealing
Glass is annealed to relieve internal stress, giving the thermal-shock resistance required for boiling-water and stovetop use.
Piece-by-Piece QC
Every set goes through strict pre-shipment inspection for bubbles, seams, fit and finish, with thermal-shock spot checks.
Logo & Export Packing
Silk-screen, laser or decal logos are applied, then sets are foam-fitted into boxes and consolidated into 20–30 set master cartons.
Strict checks before every shipment.
Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before leaving the factory — because one cracked pot in a gift box costs more than the inspection that catches it.
Visual Inspection
Bubbles, seams, scratches, tint consistency and print quality are checked piece by piece.
Fit & Seal Checks
Lids, valves, filter baskets and one-touch mechanisms are tested for fit, seal and smooth operation.
Thermal-Shock Spot Checks
Borosilicate pieces are spot-checked against sudden hot/cold change and direct boiling-water use.
Packing Verification
Foam fit, box labels, set counts and master-carton configuration are verified against the PI.
Built to arrive in one piece.
Glass is only as good as the box it travels in. Each Biuidea set sits in die-cut foam or EPE inserts inside a color box, leather case, mini suitcase or wooden case, then consolidates into a five-layer master carton — typically 20 to 30 sets per carton.
Exact inner-box and master-carton dimensions and gross weights are listed on every product page, so your freight calculation starts before you even ask for a quote.
