Yes. We support silk-screen printing, laser engraving and high-temperature baked decals on the ware, plus full-color printing, hot stamping and labels on boxes, cases and master cartons. Vector artwork in AI or PDF format gives the best result; any setup or plate fee is quoted before order confirmation.

Yes. Samples are shipped by DHL, FedEx, UPS or other couriers you prefer. Sample and courier costs are quoted up front and can be refunded against the bulk order by arrangement. For custom orders, a pre-production sample with your logo and packaging is confirmed before production starts.

Stock models can usually ship within days of confirmation. Custom-logo orders typically take around 2–3 weeks, and orders with custom packaging or newly developed items around 30–45 days after artwork and sample sign-off. Exact timing is confirmed on the proforma invoice for every order.

Yes — product research, development and creative assembly are part of our core work. Share sketches, reference products, target materials and packaging direction, and our team will come back with feasibility, tooling costs (if any) and a timeline.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be arranged. We ship by sea (FCL and LCL), by air and by international express, and we work with your nominated forwarder or our own. Each product page lists inner-box and master-carton dimensions and gross weights for freight planning.

Standard terms are T/T with a deposit to confirm production and the balance settled before shipment. L/C and other arrangements can be discussed for established buyers and larger programs.

The ware is mouth-blown from high-borosilicate glass, which is thermal-shock resistant and safe for boiling water; filters and metal parts use food-grade 304/316 stainless steel, and the titanium line uses pure titanium. Each set sits in die-cut foam or EPE inserts inside its color box, leather case, suitcase or wooden case, then consolidates into a five-layer master carton — typically 20 to 30 sets per carton. Carton sizes and gross weights are listed on every product page.

Certain Biuidea collections are registered, copyrighted originals and counterfeit production of those designs is prohibited. The marking protects both our catalog and our buyers' market. Custom designs developed exclusively for a customer are protected under the terms agreed in the order contract.
